Receptionist / bookings/ admin assistant

Hours

To be present on the park from 9:30- 4pm 4 days a week including weekends and bank holidays, location variable.

Main duties will include but not limited to:

Dealing with enquiries from Customers.

Reception duties, handling guest queries

Cash Handling

Meet and greet – Checking in / out guests

General admin

Take bookings

Make payments

Answer the phone

Make appointments for sales

Deal with customers

Create job sheets

Contact trades people

Ensuring the front desk welcomes every guest positively, and with a helpful, knowledgeable, efficient and professional approach.

Refill and maintain the hand sanitiser stations.

Create holiday bookings

Refill hand sanitisers

Complete all reasonable management request.

Deal with complaints.

Cleaning Duties

Clean sales vans

Check rentals are ready for customers.

Clean Reception

Clean public areas
