Even though we arrived a bit disorientated because we were going to pay by cash and no-one... read more Even though we arrived a bit disorientated because we were going to pay by cash and no-one was there to tell us our caravan number, everything was easily sorted after about 15 minutes. The staff member was lovely and very friendly. There was also milk, tea, coffee, cookies and toilet roll in the caravan. The caravan and the Park exceeded our expectations. The caravan was new, very clean and cosy. I also enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool. It was a lovely calming experience.
The 15 minutes uncertainty when we arrived and no-one seemed to be there. After that everything was brilliant. Apparently if you pay by card you are sent your caravan number. read less

It was one with three bedrooms and the living area was spacious and well laid out. The welsh cakes and milk we a lovely welcoming touch. Swimming pool was lovely and warm - we swam during a downpour of rain so had it all to ourselves!
Tiny thing but there was no baking tray or oven glove. Reception were notified on checkout so I there will be now. read less

Booking.com stated payment was due on arrival of stay but was asked to pay 6 weeks before instead but redford site was so nice about it all. read less
