š” Permanent Static Caravans
- A non-refundable pitch holding fee is required in October to secure your pitch for the upcoming season.
- The remaining balance of park fees is due by the beginning of January.
- Any applicable refunds will be processed in accordance with your Licence Agreement.
š Long Stay Touring Pitches
- A non-refundable pitch holding fee is payable in October to reserve your pitch.
- The balance of park fees must be paid by the beginning of January.
- Refunds, where applicable, will be issued in line with your Licence Agreement.
šļø Static Holiday Home Bookings
- A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
- The balance must be paid in full by the due date.
- Cancellations made more than 8 weeks before arrival may be eligible for a refund of the balance (excluding the deposit).
- Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances at the parkās discretion.

š Purchasing a Static Caravan
- You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of invoice.
- During this time, you may cancel your purchase and receive a refund of your deposit, minus any administration or processing fees.
- After the 14-day period, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
