Weāve listened to your feedback. Following several reports about slow or unreliable Wi-Fi, weāve partnered with our suppliers to offer an enhanced service for caravan owners at Redford Caravan Park.
Due to the rural location of the park here in Pembrokeshire, this upgraded service involves installation of dedicated equipment and carries associated costs.

- One-off installation fee: Ā£250 + VAT
- 12-month equipment guarantee
- Faster speeds and a dedicated connection
- First season included; subscription invoiced seasonally every March onward
All equipment and services are supplied by ACDC and invoiced via Redford Caravan Park.

- Seasonal subscription: Ā£100 + VAT
- Invoiced at the start of each season
- Call-out charges after 12 months will apply and be payable to the park

The existing park-wide Wi-Fi will remain available to all guests free of charge, though speeds may be limited. The upgraded equipment offers stronger signal and improved reliability inside your caravan.
