Redford Caravan Park is the larger of the two parks and just a short journey from beautiful Amroth, Saundersfoot and Tenby beaches in one direction, and the Preseli hills and the quaint town of Narberth in the other, with its array of independent shops, restaurants and local hostelries.
Rosehill Caravan Park is smaller and close to the golden sands of Little Haven, Broad Haven and Nolton Haven, with riding stables close by and charming local pubs to enjoy refreshments and a bite to eat. It is also within easy reach of the County town of Haverfordwest and the City of St David’s with its outstanding architectural 12th century cathedral – well worth a visit.

Have I considered extra costs such as insurance? A. Insurance rates depend upon the new for old value of your caravan and can be purchased wither through us or privately. |

Yes, we can help you to arrange finance for your caravan purchase, however you are better seeking your own. | Q.How many bedrooms do I need and how many people does the caravan sleep? ● A. A 3-bedroom caravan sleeps 8 people and a 2-bedroom caravan sleeps 6 people. There is less master bedroom space with a 3-bedroom caravan. | Q.Is there a time limit on how long I can keep my caravan and will the Park buy it back from me if I want to sell? A. There is no time limit on how long you can keep your caravan on the Parks as long as it is maintained in good order. We are happy to buy your caravan back from you when you are ready to sell. | Q. Can I rent out my caravan to other people to make an income and do you take a percentage? A. Yes, you can rent out your caravan privately without Park involvement other than adherence to Park rules. |

If you change your mind before moving onto the Park, we will only keep your non—refundable deposit. | Q.What other fees are there? A. Council Tax Rates are £475. Insurance is between £200-£333. You will need to consider if you have the funds to buy your caravan outright or whether you will need help to finance your purchase. | Q. Do I want a brand new holiday home or would I be happy with a pre-loved holiday home? A. At Redford & Rosehill Caravan Parks we have brand new and second-hand caravans to suit all budgets. | Q. How much will it cost per year to keep a caravan? A. Depending on the amount of electric, gas and which insurance you choose it will cost roughly £5000-£6000 at Redford and between £4000-£5000 at Rosehill
| Q. Have I considered extra costs such as insurance? A. Insurance depends upon the new for old value of your caravan and can be purchased either through our park partner insurance or privately. |
| Q. Can the Parks help with arranging finance for the purchase of the caravan? A. Yes, we can help you to arrange finance for your caravan purchase, however you are better seeking your own. | Q. How many bedrooms do I need and how many people does the caravan sleep? A. A 3-bedroom caravan sleeps 8 people and a 2-bedroom caravan sleeps 6 people. There is less master bedroom space with a 3-bedroom caravan. | Q.Is there a time limit on how long I can keep my caravan and will the Park buy it back from me if I want to sell? A. There is no time limit on how long you can keep your caravan on the Parks as long as it is maintained in good order. We are happy to buy your caravan back from you when you are ready to sell. | Q. Can I rent out my caravan to other people to make an income and do you take a percentage? A. Yes, you can rent out your caravan privately without Park involvement other than adherence to Park rules. |
| Q. How much is the deposit? A. The deposit is 10% | Q. What If I change my mind? A. If you change your mind before moving onto the Park, we will only keep your non—refundable deposit. | Q. Redford & Rosehill Caravan Parks both sit within the heart of the stunning Pembrokeshire countryside.
Redford Caravan Park is the larger of the two parks and just a short journey from beautiful Amroth, Saundersfoot and Tenby beaches in one direction, and the Preseli hills and the quaint town of Narberth in the other, with its array of independent shops, restaurants and local hostelries.
Rosehill Caravan Park is smaller and close to the golden sands of Little Haven, Broad Haven and Nolton Haven, with riding stables close by and charming local pubs to enjoy refreshments and a bite to eat. It is also within easy reach of the County town of Haverfordwest and the City of St David’s with its outstanding architectural 12th century cathedral – well worth a visit.

| Q. Have I considered extra costs such as insurance? A. Insurance depends upon the new for old value of your caravan and can be purchased either through our park partner insurance or privately. |
| Q. Can the Parks help with arranging finance for the purchase of the caravan? A. Yes, we can help you to arrange finance for your caravan purchase, however you are better seeking your own. | Q. How many bedrooms do I need and how many people does the caravan sleep? A. A 3-bedroom caravan sleeps 8 people and a 2-bedroom caravan sleeps 6 people. There is less master bedroom space with a 3-bedroom caravan. | Q.Is there a time limit on how long I can keep my caravan and will the Park buy it back from me if I want to sell? A. There is no time limit on how long you can keep your caravan on the Parks as long as it is maintained in good order. We are happy to buy your caravan back from you when you are ready to sell. | Q. Can I rent out my caravan to other people to make an income and do you take a percentage? A. Yes, you can rent out your caravan privately without Park involvement other than adherence to Park rules. |
| Q. How much is the deposit? A. The deposit is 10% | Q. What If I change my mind? A. If you change your mind before moving onto the Park, we will only keep your non—refundable deposit. | Q. What other fees are there? A. Council Tax Rates are £475. Insurance can be quoted for. Gas bottles can be purchased from reception. Electric is on a meter. | Q. What is included in my purchase? A. Your pitch is fully serviced, and the grounds maintained. You have use of all the parks facilities. |

Placing Your Order With Us
When you are ready to place your order with us. We will do everything that we can to make sure your new home is ready for you to move into as soon as possible.
We ask for a 10% deposit and payment when you get the keys and we will work with you for a completion date.
If the caravan you have chosen is already on the Park you won’t need to wait long. If we need to contact the caravan dealer, we will be back in touch with you as soon as we have a despatch and delivery date.
