Maintenance assistant Job description.
Join our maintenance team at Redford and Rosehill Caravan park.
We are looking for an enthusiastic person to help provide an excellent guest experience by maintaining the park and amenities on caravan parks in Narberth and Haverfordwest, hours will differ in the holidays but must be available Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holiday. This position will be permeant based on a 4 /5 day week to start including Saturday and Bank holidays.
Don’t worry if you have no experience if you’ve got buckets of passion, enthusiasm and positivity, we’ll teach you all the skills you’ll need to succeed in your new role as your be working along side our maintenance manager.
Hours
To be present on the park from 9:00- 5pm 4/5 days a week including weekends and Bank Holidays hours may change in Summer.
Main duties will include but not limited to:
Dealing with enquiries from Customers and directing them to reception.
Handling guest queries and directing them to reception.
General maintenance
Siting Caravans
Connecting Caravans
Cutting grass
Strimming
General gardening including ensure all flower beds are planted and weeded
Pool maintenance
Cleaning the park
Cleaning Caravans
Refill and maintain the hand sanitiser stations.
Create holiday bookings
Refill toilet rolls
Maintain hedges
Delivering, checking and changing gas of all hire fleet, as well delivery of gas to owners.
Dealing with of park trades
Painting
General Building works
General Pluming
General Electric
General Repairs
Drain clearance if blockages occur
Reporting to reception trades needed.
Complete all reasonable management request.
Direct complaints to reception.
Fencing, slabs and turfing and
Carry out fleet snagging and the maintenance of Holiday Home sales stock
Report any faults/hazards or irregularities
Ensure that all maintenance work carried out is in line with the Health & Safety policy.
Uniform provided.
Contract length: Permanent
Full -time hours: 9am-5pm including Saturday, Sundays and Bank Holiday
